Join fellow bird enthusiasts from around the state as we celebrate the unofficial kickoff to the Indiana Dunes Birding Festival season with our annual fine art reveal for the upcoming 2023 festival, and a chance to socialize with one another, as well as win prizes for showing off your birding knowledge! This year’s event will begin at the Indiana Dunes National Park Visitor Center on Saturday, February 25 at 3pm CT. After the original artwork is unveiled, the first copies of the limited edition print will be available for purchase in person. Copies of the 2023 IDBF Festival Guidebook will also be available for free, as well as other giveaways. Light snacks and drinks will be available. Afterwards, participants are invited to join us down the street at Gelsosomo's Pizzeria in Chesterton for more socializing, and an assortment of food and drink options to purchase. Registration for this year's event is FREE, but requested for attendance planning.
