Toddlers ages 12-36 months and their caregivers are invited to the Lancaster City Branch for Toddler Time with Alex and Miss Gail!Siblings are always welcome. On unseasonably warm winter days, we will take Toddler Time OUTSIDE to Musser Park. Be sure to register, so you receive any weather-related alerts. When in doubt, check our Facebook page for updates.Masks are no longer required inside the library. We encourage all staff members and visitors who wish to continue wearing masks to please do so.⁠ We expect all patrons to be respectful of others’ choices regarding mask-wearing.
