The mission of the LEEC Entrepreneur Spotlight Awards Empower, Celebrate, & Recognize LEEC Women Entrepreneurs who have proven success within her profession or industry, are positive role models whose contributions encourage others and is active in community service or organizational involvement. The vision of the LEEC Entrepreneur Spotlight Awards is to create a space where Women Entrepreneurs can strengthen Sisterhood, opportunities of Business Collaborations and Networking to build a stronger village among women in the Business community. The mission of the LEEC SHERO Awards Empower, Celebrate, & Recognize women who are game changers, trailblazers with a track record of breaking down barriers and helping to create opportunities for women. Women who promote women’s equality and rights for the underrepresented. Women who lead the charge of promoting and empowering women as leaders, innovators, visionaries, pioneers, and entrepreneurs. The vision of the LEEC SHERO Awards is to create a space where Women Community Leaders can strengthen Sisterhood, opportunities of Community Collaborations and Networking to build a stronger village among women in the community. The intended purpose of the LEEC SHERO Awards is to support, uplift and encourage Women Community Leaders to work together and unify in the community as Sistahs.
