I’m rehoming my Goffin’s cockatoo due to personal health reasons. She is 5 years old and is a great bird. She has never bitten anyone to my knowledge and is social with both men and women. She is good around other birds too. Even though she is on the quieter side for a cockatoo, she can still be pretty loud sometimes and for that reason I will not adopt her out to anyone in an apartment. She is a recovering plucker and my vet believes her feathers will continue to grow back. I’d like to see her go to a pet home. There is a rehoming fee. Please do not contact me if you are a rescue looking for a free bird. These birds can live 30+ years and are a big commitment.
