Property Preservation Subcontractor needed

Property Management Company looking for reliable subcontractors to complete Preservation work in the following counties in Massachusetts: -Bristol County -Barnstable County The ideal sub-contractor would be capable of completing all facets of Preservation. This would include, but not be limited to, the following: - Initial Securing - Recurring Landscape/Yard Maintenance - Snow Removal - Window/Door Repairs/Replacements - Roofing and Siding Repairs/Replacements - Winterizations - Debris Removal - Remediation Must have: - Required Insurances: General Liability, Workers Comp, Errors & Omissions (E&O - If you are able to obtain this) - Equipment to effectively complete the work - Smart phone and computer - Able to submit and pass an Aspen Grove Background Check (we will process if you do not have). - Required State Licenses (when applicable) - MA contractors are required to have: HIC or CSL License Photographs will be required on each property and work must be able to be completed by the due dates provided. We are looking to bring sub-contractors on immediately! We pay out weekly for all orders completed and made Ready for Office within that pay week. Payments are made through Direct Deposit.
