INVITATION FOR BIDS Sealed bids for Contract Mowing Services for the Rogersville Housing Authority which consists of three individual sites, (Rogersville, Church Hill and Rutledge) will be received by the Rogersville Housing Authority, 902 Locust Street, Rogersville, Tennessee, until Monday, February 27, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. EST. Contractors may bid on any site or all three sites separately. The term of the mowing contract will be for one year with the option to renew for two (2) additional years pending satisfactory performance by the selected contractor. Bidding Documents may be obtained from Mrs. Rebecca Wolfe, Executive Director at the Rogersville Housing Authority, 902 Locust Street, Rogersville, Tennessee 37857. The right is reserved by the Rogersville Housing Authority to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. WALK THROUGH AND PRE-BID CONFERENCE At 10:00 A.M., EST. on Thursday, February 9, 2023 a pre-bid conference will be held at the Rogersville Housing Authority, for the purpose of answering questions bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project. Immediately following the pre-bid conference, a walk-through of the project will be held by the Owner. All contractors are recommended to attend this walk through and pre-bid conference.
