THE PLAYERS Championship is back at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach! The tournament food & beverage provider, Proof of the Pudding, is hiring catering prep cooks for pre-event food prep and event execution. Duties Include: • High volume food prep creating consistent results • Following a recipe, using knife skills, assembling food items with a team • Storing, labeling, and dating food items in accordance with the chef’s instructions and food service standards • Operate food-service equipment in a safe manner • Following a recipe and creating consistent product in high-volume • Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, assisting in breakdown of the event • This position will perform physical tasks such as moving throughout a limited space, standing for long periods of time, carrying items, bending and scooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds. • Kitchen experience is required Pay rate: $18-$21/hour, overtime is likely Availability: March 8-12 Please respond to this posting with a resume or your email, phone number, and brief description of applicable work history.
