THE PLAYERS Championship is back at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach! The tournament food & beverage provider, Proof of the Pudding, is hiring Buffet Attendants to work in the premium hospitality areas. Duties Include: • Assisting in the preparation of food & beverage areas including setting buffet stations including buffet equipment, décor, and rotating food & beverage items. • Serve and clear food and beverage quietly, professionally, and quickly, using proper serving and clearing techniques. • Cleaning guest areas, bussing tables, wiping buffet surfaces. • Assisting with clean up of dishes, organizing prep area, and other tasks provided by the area manager • This position will perform physical tasks such as moving throughout a limited space, standing for long periods of time, carrying items, bending and scooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
