(copy and paste it in your browser): Compensation: $22/hour Position Available: Part-Time Self-Storage Facility Manager Hours Needed: 16-24 Hours/Month Schedule: Every Week (4-8 Hours Per Week) Hey! Storage is currently looking for a part-time person to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, cleaning vacant units, pressure washing, keeping the grounds clean. A Day In The Life Typically Includes: • Visiting the property every 2 weeks to complete a predetermined list of action items • Cleaning units when a storage customer moves out. • Keeping facility grounds clean • Placing locks on delinquent units and removing locks when customers have paid rent. • Responding to emergencies. • Receiving packages a their home on behalf of the facility. Ideal Candidates: This position is a part-time position roughly, 16 to 24 hours per month. It is perfect for someone who has a full-time or part-time job, but is looking for reliable, routine supplemental income. Must be able to use a smart phone, clean thoroughly, be willing learn, and very detail oriented.
