We are looking for a semi-permanent handyman. Someone with some skills looking to get a decent bit of hours if they want. Mainly would be working in 15120 but there would be homes in the Greater Pittsburgh Area at times. You would mainly be assisting on rental turnovers making them tenant ready. Tasks such as: painting, light repairs, patching drywall, switching out light fixtures, light plumbing, hanging blinds, repairing appliances, flooring, etc. If there was no work for you at the moment you would have the option to join in and work directly with our rehab crews if you so choose.
