Looking for a lead maintenance person to take care of a 25 unit housing development. Must have knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting & Drywall, Irrigation and basic housing system. Need a self performer that doesn't need a supervisor. Hours are 7-4:30 Monday - Friday
