Position available for a Maintenance Technician at an Apartment Community in Portsmouth! Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. Hours will be 8:30AM-5:00PM with required, rotating after hours/weekend on call shifts. Knowledge in electrical outlet and switch replacement, minor plumbing and minor carpentry preferred. Maintenance Technician will be responsible for completing work orders, painting the cleanliness of the common areas and grounds, turning over apartments in a timely manner including painting and cleaning. Must be able to work independently as well as with a team. $18-$20 starting pay based on experience. We are willing to train the right candidate!
