Established Landscaping Company in Middletown, DE is looking for a temporary to possible permanent part-time and/or full-time, experienced landscaping technician for various sites located in Delaware to perform seasonal groundskeeping, including mowing, trimming, retention pond clean-outs, and snow removal in the Winter. Experience with mowers, weed trimmers and various landscaping tools required. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Landscaping in Spring/Summer/Fall - Snow removal in Winter QUALIFICATIONS: - Extensive experience with mowers, weed trimmers and other landscaping tools - Endurance and strength is essential; ability to do heavy lifting, lots of walking - Leadership skills, but able to take direction from others on day-to-day basis - Must be extremely reliable and organized - Must have own transportation/valid driver's license FOR THE RIGHT EMPLOYEE, THIS WILL BE A YEAR-ROUND POSITION.
