I am familiar with the wholesaler business although I myself have never been involved. I do however know of a lot of distressed properties and how to get in contact with the owner. I'm proposing a percentage for leads. I will give you leads and information on properties and we will draw up some sort of contract on what my percent of the sale will be per property. looking forward to a new business partner.
