So, I spent many years as a chef and manager in the restaurant industry, and at home, I've been cooking meals from scratch for the longest time...I am a total food enthusiast.
I'm originally from New England, so yes, I was spoiled with great food - especially pizza. Not to put local establishments down or be negative, but personally, I don't feel as if there is that good of pizza in the region. I've been looking into home bakery laws and am highly considering getting inspected and doing a once a week pop-up! I make my own dough, the sauce is homemade, and the finished product is some seriously good pizza. I'm going to do an event of free samples to get some buzz going, but if you're local and 1) would be interested in taste testing & 2) think this is a good idea and the area could use it...let me know!
