Description

We are looking for Janitors / Housekeepers with some construction abilities to take care of our newly renovated building, carry out cleaning, maintenance and other duties. Responsibilities: Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Paint rooms and walls throughout building as needed Make adjustments and minor repairs Assist in room flips Install and rip out carpeting Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills: Proven working experience as a janitor / room flipper Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Integrity and ability to work independently High school degree Must pass criminal background checks, fingerprinting and drug testing. Must also be fully vaccinated for COVID.
