Beyond prosecco on a sunny afternoon & more than popping champagne for that midnight kiss; Bubbles Fest is your opportunity to sample the fabulous world of sparkling wine from around the globe. Let us share a Francicorta from the rolling hills of beautiful Lombardy. Let us pour a cava, crafted by winegrowers who's production dates back to the 15th century. Together we will explore France's gorgeous non-Champagne offerings: Cremant de Alsace, Cremant de Bordeaux, Cremant de Loire, and beyond. Sparklers from California, Spain, Austria, New York and yes, even Wisconsin. Life is meant to be celebrated - join us to tip a glass on February 18th! Pre-sale tickets are $45 / $50 at the door.
