Do you enjoy being outdoors, the beach, the ocean, working hard but still having fun on the job while earning respectable pay,, north beach watersports on Clearwater beach is hiring full time for this upcoming 2023 season. We are a fully outfitted watersports company that offers a one stop location for a fun filled day at the beach which patrons can participate in a lazy hang under the shade in comfortable beach chairs and umbrellas, or enjoy a thrilling ride on a jet ski and or a Banana boat, we also provide kayaks and stand up paddle boards for a casual scenic experience on the Gulf of Mexico departing right off the beautiful white sand beach of Clearwater located right out front of frenchys rockaway bar and grill. This Position requires you to interact with patrons to assist in the rental process of selected activities. Must be in good physical health and shape, as this job is very physical, and requires long hot days in the sun. Must have transportation and be reliable and on time as we are a tight crew that relies heavily on each other. Must be in good moral standing, please do not reply if you have legal issues with law enforcement or have any Ill addictions to drugs and alcohol. Must be a critical thinker. No experience necessary we will train you thoroughly and set you up for success but you must be able to comprehend the detail and execute on your duties without being babysat as we get extremely busy. You will be required to complete online courses, via boating safety education course, fwc livery course it may serve you to complete these before you arrive for an interview or prior to hiring as this will only make you more desirable to be selected, but it is not necessary beforehand.
