Replacing fear, trauma and insecurity with love, grace and the mercy of God—that is Angela Ball’s life work. Angela is a native of Colombia, South America and emigrated on her own to the United States at the young age of 15 while in High School. Angela lived with friends of her parents in North Palm Beach, Florida where she eventually met her amazing husband of 27 years, Ray! They now have a 19 year-old son, Ashton, that loves basketball, is a major Heat fan and is in college. Angela’s story of abortion turned her pain into her purpose, inspiring her to support single moms as they showed bravery and courage that she did not have when she aborted her baby. As her heart broke for this population, Angela has served single moms for 12 years in different capacities and organizations. Being new to the non-profit world, Angela needed to be obedient to the call and founded “Hearts for Moms” in West Palm Beach, Florida and currently serves as the Executive Director. Angela is passionate about sharing the day-to-day challenges single moms face including that of their workplace, as child care issues can often harm their careers. Angela wanted to serve in all excellence and attended Christ Fellowship’s Leadership College which helped grow her leadership skills. Hearts for Moms mission is to provide resources to enrich the lives of single moms in need. HFM’s goal is to help the moms become whole, help them rebuild their future and restore their lives. Angela encouraged us all to LIVE OUT OUR FAITH, GIVE SINGLE MOMS HOPE AND SHOW THEM OUR LOVE!
