In parallel, enjoy the finest appetizers from Homestead’s Black owned restaurant ‘Yardie Spice’. Combine this with light R&B on a 2nd Floor Terrace, while experiencing the view of the newest park in Homestead. Come experience Black History at it’s finest.
Homestead's Vice Mayor Julio Guzman and Senator Dwight Bullard will host pleasantries and share recognition of historical community leaders. NAACP South Branch will headline the evening celebration along with offering a few community announcements.
We welcome all HBCU Alumni, Divine 9 Greek Organizations, Veterans, 1st Responders, and Educators. This is an evening where we all come together and celebrate our achievements.
