The event will be held in the main lobby of the historic Toledo train station at 300 Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr. in Toledo, OH on February 27, 2023. It is sponsored by Northwest Ohio Passenger Rail Association (NOPRA). A hot buffet will be provided for attendees to begin by 11 a.m. Presentation: "Beyond Amtrak as a sole‐source provider; how Ohio can create a public/private regional partnership for development and operation of passenger trains."
