The primary focus of this event is networking with other GOATS. We used to spend 24 hours a day together at the academy, lets give each other five hours again. Organized by the USNA Property Network, it will be held in the beautiful downtown Annapolis Graduate Hotel 5pm EST Saturday, April 8th 2023. With a fully stocked open bar operated by Graduate Catering- libations shall flow easily as we network around the space. The signature cocktail being of course the "5 & Dive" aptly named by class of '15 John Eaton. The main goal is to meet new people, hear what others are working on, offer and receive advice about real-estate & have fun. 3 Ws: Who: GOATS and their spouses interested in real-estate networking. Giving advice to other goats, and receiving advice from goats. Why: We don't do nearly a good enough job getting together as grads in a semi professional environment. What: Cocktail/Networking Hours, buffet, easy going presentations during dinner from fellow GOATS, Q&A with a GOAT panel at the end of dinner, super easy going break out groups after dinner to network and enjoy the evening together hopefully fed house.
