We are looking for a Handyman/Property management person for our property located in Hershey (Hummelstown), PA. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive at seeking out and fixing issues. He or she should maintain and identify opportunities to improve the property. Compensation: $25-$28/hour (15-30 hours/week, flexible with hours and days) Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed Framing and drywall installation Painting and caulking Basic carpentry skills Basic plumbing skills Basic electrical skills Gutter cleaning Furniture assembly Mowing, weed whacking, planting, yard cleaning General maintenance such as replacing light bulbs Need to have a truck Please reply to this message with your resume/description of your skills and experience if you are interested.
