Chef Curtis and team have been making fresh from scratch and wholesome ice creams in their Wild Wood Pizza kitchen for 3 years now but with the launch of SnackBar, it's time to make a new menu. Instead of telling you what you're going to have, Chef and his team are leaving it to you and throwing an ice cream party to celebrate the new flavors. You'll pick a base ice cream, choose your sauces, flavors, toppings and whether you want it coned, cupped or shaken. What makes this different from all the others? Good question. First, this is ice cream. Not chemicals. We use whole eggs that we separate the yolks by hand. We use unprocessed sugars. We use whole milk, half and half, and cream. We make it in small batches and we do it without using chemicals to stabilize. We don't buy "base". We don't do soft serve. Sound unique? It shouldn't, but it is.
