Eambar Market Vendor Registration Booth Details: Only one booth purchase per vendor. Space is limited. If you have additional needs, please email us to see if we can accommodate you. Vendor Registration: Vendor Reservation does not guarantee booth availability. Application processing and booth sales will be done on a first-come-first-served basis. Payment is required at registration. Booth Locations: Booths are reserved first come, first serve. With the circular flow of the space, ALL booths are in an ideal location. Rules and Regulations & Sales Tax Compliance: Vendors can not sell, assign or transfer their rented space without first notifying us. Vendor will obey all laws for business and will comply with all the regulatory agencies and timely remit any and all applicable taxes (sales tax, state, local, federal, personal, and/or business). Eambar Holistic Healing and its affiliates are not responsible for the loss of merchandise through theft, fire, destruction, etc. Eambar Holistic Healing does not carry insurance of any kind for vendors or their merchandise. No any open flames, incense, unsealed liquids or any other hazardous materials including firearms, alcoholic beverages and all other items illegal by law. If you need to clear energy in your space we suggest using an aura spray. Vendor will comply with a family-friendly atmosphere. Any damage done by the vendor to the building or its furnishings will be the responsibility of the vendor to pay for any repairs needed. No refunds No Shared Booths NOTE: Setup time begins at 10 am. All vendors must complete setup by 10:40 am Both take down will begin at 4:20 PM and must be completed by 5 pm.
