Currently hiring: Construction Project Manager Top 3 things you will be performing everyday: 1) Maintaining project budgets and profitability goals 2) Driving success to deliver quality projects on time and within customer’s expectations 3) Using your understanding of construction management, document flow, subcontract agreements, change orders, purchasing, scheduling, forecasting, and following company’s policies and procedures Top 3 Past Experiences you need to bring: 1) 3-5 years of Commercial Project Management experience installing large EPDM, TPO, and Asphalt roofing systems. Additional experience with James Hardie siding, vinyl siding & PVC trim helpful. 2) Able to understand construction drawings and specifications 3) Proven track record of managing multiple large construction projects at one time from bid to closeout Full Time positions – Hudson, NH Pay is based on experience For more information, please send your resume
