Mr. Woodland owned a telecommunication and electronic surveillance specialist company from 2004-2018. Initially founded as Woodland Telecom, LLC, the company pivoted to include electronic surveillance to handle his customer’s growing needs. Prior to Woodland Technologies, Mr. Woodland spent 2 years as Vice President of R&D of Edgenics Inc. and 30 years at Bell Telephone Laboratories R&D. As a developer he designed the software for the first Electronic 911 system in California and managed a group that developed cell phone tower software. He has a US patent, Masters of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and Bachelors of Science Degree in Physics from Morgan State university.
