With our model, CHWs are coming alongside existing organizations to address Covid-19 vaccination hesitancies and other health disparities within minority and marginalized populations. My name is Samantha Daniels and I'm the Health Equity Community Health Worker for District 8. I cover Monroe, Brown, Bartholomew, Lawrence, Jackson, Orange, and Washington counties. I would love to meet with you to learn about your services, see how we can partner, and hopefully join our councils to share resources and implement statewide efforts.
