This Yoga is for you! What a great reason to get out. Opening one hour before open; it's yoga then stay around for a while and have a drink or two. This Sunday (2/5) will be a lil bit more yin yoga focused, which means more deep stretching. Less excursion and more chill. It'll feel great. The basics: You can be new to yoga or well seasoned, this is right for you. Cost $15: includes one hour of yoga and one drink. Great deal. Please bring a mat. I love kids, have 2 myself, but this isn't a kid friendly event, perse. I understand completely, but this is for you, if they want to join, I'm cool with that. This is supposed to be fun. Please don't feel bad to create and give yourself some free time. I accept Venmo @ Yogamike2 or Cash. Walk-ins are welcomed. Men and women are invited. It's going to be great. *there is non-alcoholic drinks available too.
