If you dig getting in a good sweat to fun, upbeat music - especially on a weeknight after work - we've got you covered!
At this bi-weekly Wednesday evening class, you'll be led by Crystal Potter herself, a certified trainer and long-time fitness instructor, through a "Power Hour" bodyweight workout. Each workout will be100% fueled by upbeat music in a non-judgmental environment. Whether you're just getting started on your fitness journey, took a hiatus and are ready to get back into it, or are a regular workout-loving fiend, all levels are welcome!
After the class, you are welcome to stick around for the last hour to un-wine and relax with a glass or two!

Your registration covers the workout class. All wine can be purchased separately.Modifications will be given for all levels, so don't worry - you won't be thrown into something you're not ready for.Please give 24 hours notice if you cannot make it.
