JOIN US FOR OUR A FLOATING AERIAL SOUND BATH! We are thrilled to continue collaborating with Love at First Flight, an Aerial Yoga Studio in Clovis, CA to bring you this aerial sound bath experience! What will we do? We will begin by guiding you through the basics of how to safely get inside the aerial hammock and all the information you'll need to know to feel safe and, of course, comfortable. Then, we will guide you through some simple breath work, followed by a relaxing Sound Bath while you float. Even if you are a beginner or have never been to a Sound Bath OR done Aerial Yoga, this is for YOU. We will not be maneuvering in the aerial hammocks and you only need the physical ability to get inside the hammock. There will be a yoga mat available for each participant to use in case you change your mind at any point, and would prefer to be on the ground. *The hammock may increase dizziness or motion sickness for anyone who has vertigo or sensitivity to motion. If this is the case, you are welcome to use a yoga mat. What is a sound bath? The sound waves produced by a beautiful combination of several crystal singing bowls, a gong, a wave drum, and flow chimes, this entire event will guide your mind and body toward deep physical & mental peace. This soothing experience will help you turn inward and connect with your deeper self, while also reducing stress, easing anxiety, and improving insomnia. What do I bring or wear? You can plan to wear the most comfortable clothing possible, and bring blankets, pillows, socks...whatever you may need to get cozy (please avoid zippers or jewelry to protect the hammocks). Your only job will be to lay down and relax! PLEASE NOTE: It is not recommended to eat within 90 minutes of the sound bath start time, as you will sway a little in the hammock and the motion does not always work well on a full stomach!
