February is the month filled with all things LOVE. So the question is...how can we invite more LOVE into our lives? into our hearts? Into our presence? Join us for this beautiful evening where we invite love in with our breath and with our stillness.

What will we do? We will begin by guiding you through grounding and balancing simple movement, guided journaling and breathwork. After this, you will get comfortable and cozy on your yoga mat and become immersed by the sound bath. Whether you have never been to a Sound Bath or you have attended dozens... it does not matter. This is perfect for every single soul.
What is the sound bath like? The sound waves produced by a beautiful combination of several crystal singing bowls, a gong, a wave drum, and flow chimes, this entire event will guide your mind and body toward deep physical & mental peace. This soothing experience will help you turn inward and connect with your deeper self, while also reducing stress, easing anxiety, and improving insomnia.
What should I bring or wear? Bring a yoga mat! And plan to wear the most comfortable clothing possible, and bring blankets, pillows, socks...anything and everything you may need to get cozy. Your only job will be to lay down and relax! Bring a friend for this soothing Sunday evening.
