The BRIDGES Facilitator/Teacher Refresher Training is a 1-day interactive course developed to sharpen and expand facilitation skills to further engage groups and teach classes. This course can be used towards CPRS re-certification and offers 7.5 continuing education hours. To improve skills and stay informed regarding effective approaches to BRIDGES Facilitator/Teacher instruction, continued learning is imperative. It is highly recommended that BRIDGES Facilitators/Teachers attend a Refresher Course at least once every two years to stay up to date on developments and best practices. BRIDGES Facilitators/Teachers that do not attend Refreshers every two years are not facilitating under TMHCA’s “best practices”. During this training we will be practicing social distancing and COVID -19 safety protocols; Be prepared to wear facial masks and gloves when requested and have temperatures taken daily.
