Join chefs Blair Machado and Pierce Bowers for a pasta extravaganza at Proof at Claussen's, the former location of Cellar on Greene.
2/21 - Tuesday Night Pasta Demo - enjoy a charcuterie and cheese tasting paired with an orange spritz before learning how to make handmade pasta. Chef Pierce Bowers will lead guests through a demo of hand-rolled pici pasta before Chef Blair Machado leads guests through a Keegan-Fillion Pork Ragu. Guest bartender Greg Williamson will guide guests through how to make a negroni with a "Shaken vs Stirred," cocktail demo which will go over what at-home drinks require depending on ingredients. The evening will finish with a plated dish of pasta paired with a Negroni! Tickets are $75.
2/22 - Wednesday Night Nomadic Dinner - on Wednesday night we'll gather for a five-course Italian-inspired dinner paired with wine from Curated Selections. Seatings are at 5 pm and 7:30 pm. Tickets are $125 inclusive of wine pairings. Please choose which seating you would like to attend.
