Third Course - Seared Scallop & Fritter (Caramelized Lemon Beurre Blanc, Orange Fennel Marmalade, Andouille Fritter)
Fourth Course - Choice of the following: Pan Roasted Lamb Rack (Herb Crusted Lamb Rack, Parmesan Souffle, Roasted Mushrooms, Demi Sauce) OR Chicken Saltimbocca Roulade (Proscuitto, Sage, Golden Polenta Cake, Breaded Greens, White Wine Butter, Sunny Side Up Egg).
