I have an IMMEDIATE need for a handyman in Elizabethton, then in Bristol, VA. You should have a reasonable variety of skills. I have 8 apartments, and am doing interior/exterior work. I currently need to do some: sheetrocking, electrical repair, siding repair, some roofing repair, and some other things. Elizabethton (6 family) first, then work on Bristol (duplex) - this one has many needs. Then this can become a longterm handyman after these immediate needs are taken care of (there is always things to do!) I am seeking to be your customer, this is not an employment situation. Must have reliable transportation and your own tools. Note, we will do a basic criminal check - if you have felonies, please don't bother applying.
