We are seeking full-time Landscape Technicians and Snow Removal Operators to join our growing company. Competitive benefit options include: $500 sign-on bonus Starting pay: $21 - $30+ per hour (Wage matching available) Paid time off Health Benefits Positions available: Lawn Maintenance Technicians and Foreman Trimming, Shaping, and Pruning Shrubs Planter Maintenance / Weed Management Certified Lawn Applicators (3.0 Certification required) Landscaping Technician and Foreman (2+ years of experience required) Responsibilities: Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, bed maintenance and watering Operate snow removal equipment such as plows, skid steers, snow blowers, four wheelers and shovels to clear driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots Ensure that all equipment is well-maintained and in safe operating condition Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions Work collaboratively with team members to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards Requirements: 2+ years of experience in landscape maintenance and snow removal operations Valid driver’s license Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Excellent communication and customer service skills Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions Benefits: $500 Sign-on bonus after the first 60 days of employment Competitive salary, salary matching, and benefits package Opportunities for advancement within the company Employee training and development programs Access to modern equipment and tools Health insurance and paid time off Company outings Ability to work year round HOURS: 7am - 4:30pm (Mon - Fri) *Overtime available If you are passionate about landscape maintenance and snow removal operations and are looking for a dynamic and challenging work environment, we encourage you to apply today!
