SKY @UA aims to promote wellbeing, happiness, inclusivity and diversity, service, and leadership, creating a stress-free and violence-free campus community. We offer students ways to reduce stress, thrive in life, and lead with purpose and belonging. We conduct social & de-stress sessions weekly to manage stress from the body and the mind via fun interactive exercises such as games, group discussion, relaxation techniques (meditation, breathing, light stretch), emotional intelligence, community service, and the Flagship program SKY Happiness Retreat and special events like paint and meditate.
