Come join other HR leaders and recruiters in West Michigan as we discuss the best-practice recruitment processes, tools, and strategies for attracting and hiring the best talent in today’s crazy market. We have two workshop dates available, either February 8 or February 9 from 9am-12pm. Each class is capped at 8 participants total to allow for a more personalized workshop. For this event, we ask that you bring a job description for a salaried or professional role you are trying to fill. During the workshop we will help you create a kick off guide around the role, write a compelling job description and posting, learn how to search and source for candidates, how to interview around their skillsets, and final candidate selection. You will learn: What candidates are looking for todayDISHER’s proven Recruitment Project Management (RPM) toolSourcing strategies and effective interviewing skills.What you will take away: Participants will receive a Talent Acquisition Resource Guidebook covering the content from the workshop. In addition, you will have access to our “Ask DISHER Talent Solutions Team” for 30 days post workshop to pick our brains, problem solve, or develop custom techniques to use in your organization to acquire top talent. What to Bring: Please bring your laptop as well as a job description for a salaried or professional role you are trying to fill. We will have light breakfast refreshments available during the event.
