Please join the Youth Action Board and other invested stakeholders in our community as we work to end youth homelessness for our 2-day system mapping. This convening will focus on the current landscape of our system and work to identify gap and needs for the development of our community coordinated plan for Kent County's Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program. The Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) is a federal initiative designed to reduce the number of young adults experiencing homelessness. Its goal is to support selected communities, including rural, suburban, and urban areas across the United States, in the development and implementation of a coordinated community approach to preventing and ending youth homelessness. We will work with technical assistance providers and our Youth Action Board members to develop our coordinated community plan. These are 2-full day sessions.
