I have a small team of guys who rehab properties for an out of state investor. We take them from neglected to rent ready, sometimes to sale. changing houses about every 3 weeks. We have had consistent work for over four years and no end in sight. Have an opening for a team member. When we have fun, the money comes No weekends required, but possible. Realistic days where you can have a life. HERE'S WHAT IS REQUIRED: BASIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE in several of the following drywall, light electrical, flooring, painting, kitchen redos, bathrooms, etc. There isn't much we don't tackle WORK ETHIC. We keep moving. Need to enjoy getting things done. Self directed. Can you go for it and ask questions along the way? TRUSTWORTHY Can't emphasize this enough.
