Hello. I’m Greg. I’m looking for an assistant/ laborer (Male or Female) fine for 2 days a week, Contingent on how well prospect does has good opportunity to advance into full time. This is a 1099 job. You are a subcontractor. You take out your own taxes, I pay you at the end of the week or at completion of days worked. You know the drill, must be able to carry, pull, lift 50lbs. Go up and down ladders, measure, use power tools. Most important tool is common sense. If you don’t have that I can’t use you and I will let you go. Must have transportation!! Own tools and proper work wear. Gloves, safety glasses. Hard hat if we are working overhead. Starting pay is $15 an hour. You will be learning a lot on this job. It’s blue color college. I will teach you as we go. No drugs or alcohol! No weed on the job. I will treat you well. I do not yell, or swear at my help. I respect you, you respect me. Enough said.
