WE ARE HIRING Home Maintenance Subcontractors This Subcontractor must have his own Professional Work Truck or Van. You must have workman's Comp and Liability insurance. If you do not have the required insurance we can point to agents that will help you attain needed insurance. We might discuss paying the first month insurance cost for you. Requirements: Reliable Truck Proven Maintenance Home Repair Experience Cell phone Tools (all types) Ladders (all sizes) Handle multiple jobs a day Traveling to surrounding counties Climb a ladder You MUST have a truck, tools, ladders and home maintenance repair skills. This position requires the knowledge and skills relating to Handyman experience and must be able to perform all assigned daily jobs. • Painting • Drywall • Light Plumbing • Light Electrical • Tile Installation • Window Installation • Decks/Fence • Gutter Repair • Soffits • Etc. You will need to provide: Valid Driver’s License Vehicle Insurance Background Check (10 years) This is a 1099 position and is paid weekly, daily flat pay rate. You must be professional, courteous, provide a clean and safe work environment and follow health protection protocols.
