Top Denver residential garden maintenance company now offering a growing opportunity for an experienced Garden/ Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader. We are looking for a like-minded team leader to help us carry out our mission of organic, pesticide-free gardening. In addition to providing quality care to landscapes with detailed attention to native flowering Perennials, Annuals and Shrubs, we create and maintain beautiful outdoor living experiences for our clients. This sometimes includes caring for and harvesting organic Food Crops. Garden/ Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader ($22-25/hr, based on experience). M-Th Work Schedule. Responsibilities to include: all aspects of landscape/garden care maintenance including physical tasks such as weeding, pruning, raking, planting, mulching and composting plant beds; supervising on-site layout and installation of gardens; supervising and instructing crew members; face time and communications with clients; job site and quality control; some supply pickup and delivery. Must have: prior landscaping experience; previous management experience; a working knowledge of Colorado plant material (vegetables, annuals, perennials & shrubs), rose pruning experience preferred. Earnings and advancement potential commensurate with overall experience and longevity. For All Applicants: MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE AND A VALID DL. Strong work ethic and positive attitude appreciated. Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, excellent time-management and communication skills are essential. Must be able to lift 30lbs.
