BBQ Cook needed for NY Restaurant Show March 5-7 Javitz Center

Looking for a BBQ chef who can work all three days of the show (Sunday March 5th through Tuesday March 7th) from 9-5 each day. Preparation and cleanup will also be needed. You will be cooking thinly sliced Kosher Salami with BBQ sauce on one or more electric grills. Job requires you have access to a deli slicer prior to the show to slice about 50 lbs of salami. You will responsible for cleanup according to the Javitz center rules. You must be polite, dressed nicely in a chefs attire and responsible. We will provide all equipment. Please provide resume and/or references of other catering jobs recently performed.
