Understand the anatomy and biomechanics of the shoulder labrum 2. Understand the physical exam maneuvers related to labral injuries/shoulder instability 3. Understand shoulder imaging related to labral injuries/instability 4. Understand treatment options related to shoulder instability/labral injuries Surgical Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injuries: 1. Understand the anatomy and biomechanics of the cruciate ligaments 2. Understand the physical exam maneuvers related to knee ACL injuries 3. Understand knee imaging related to ACL tears 4. Understand treatment options related to ACL tears & associated injuries 5. Understand the future of ACL injury treatments ACL Rehabilitation: 1. Understand the stages of rehabilitation and the criteria for progression through these stages. 2. Understand the differences between surgical techniques and the considerations for rehab for each. 3. Understand appropriate testing, guidelines, and timelines for return to sport. 4. Examine the role that Blood Flow Restriction Therapy can play in the early, middle, and late stages of rehabilitation Shoulder Labral Rehabilitation: 1. Understand shoulder labral post-operative healing constraints, biomechanics, common progressions for a patient post-surgery and conservatively healing 2. Understand involved anatomy to make an educated decision on the best course of treatment for a patient rehabilitating conservatively or following a labral repair 3. Utilize an evidence-based protocol in order for patients to return to function 4.
