I have an older house that was built in 1975 and one portion of the house has began to sink on one side. The middle beam of the house is water damaged which is why it's sinking. WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE: Support needs to be built for the house to sit on once it's jacked up, repaired and lowered to it's rightful height and leveling The house needs to be jacked up The rotten portion of the beam needs to be removed and replaced with new pressure treated wood (I have the pressure treated beam wood and 20 ton jacks) The house needs to be lowered onto the support built for such I NEED ONLY GUYS WHO ARE EXPERIENCED W/ HOUSE LEVELING TO CONTACT ME AS IM NOT INTERESTED IN SOME QUICK FIX OR RIGGING TO BE DONE. THIS IS MY HOME AND I WANT IT DONE RIGHT......THE 1ST TIME THE MAN WITH THE BEST EXPERIENCE AND BEST QUOTE GETS THE JOB
