We are a local real estate company based in Indianapolis and we are seeking a reliable individual to conduct property walkthroughs for us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for showing up on time at the property for an appointment, taking pictures and/or videos that document the property condition, and sending them back to us via Dropbox or Google Drive. The individual will be paid per property walkthrough and should have a good camera/phone and some knowledge of construction and what to look for in a property. A contract will be signed to ensure that both parties are aware of the terms and conditions of the job. Responsibilities: Show up on time for appointments at properties. Some will be owner/tenant occupied and others on lockbox. Take clear and comprehensive pictures of the property condition Document via pictures any damages, repairs needed, or other relevant information Send the pictures back to us via Dropbox or Google Drive in a timely manner Communicate any issues or concerns to us in a timely and professional manner Requirements: Good camera or phone Some knowledge of properties and construction Reliable transportation Ability to communicate effectively and professionally Ability to work independently and follow instructions We are looking for someone who is: Reliable Detail-oriented Independent Professional Has a good eye for detail This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a flexible and part-time job.
