Help Wanted… General Labor, Small Gig Hello, I'm looking for someone who wants to pick up a few hours a month helping out around our 47 unit apartment building in Worcester. We need some help keeping up with regular tasks as well as with the units we are cleaning up. Please email me with your resume and or experience to setup a phone interview. Pays $17 an hour Starting every other Friday from 10am to 2pm Tasks includes but not limited to… Sweep & Mop Stairways Lawn Care (Mowing, Weed Walking, Weeding, etc) Cleaning Up Common & Basement Areas Washing Common Area Windows Hauling Old Furniture to Dumpster (w/ Help) Handy people urged to apply, painting and other skills a plus but just needs to be able to work on your own without constant supervision. Great job to wear headphones! All tools and supplies are provided Paid via 1099
