Nova is a 5 year old (DOB: April 30, 2017) German Shepherd and Rottweiler mix that I adopted in NE Texas when she was 6 weeks old. Nova needs a home that has a fenced in yard (if there are any holes in the fence, she will force herself through - even smaller holes) and, preferably, a high energy home. Nova has always been able to maintain high energy without tiring for hours, but she has been in a living arrangement where I haven't been able to make sure she gets proper exercise, so she isn't in the best shape she could be in but she is still very playful and hyper so it shouldn't take long for her to rebuild her stamina and keep up with anyone's active lifestyle. Nova is very sweet and friendly so she loves meeting new dogs and cats, but she especially loves meeting new people (including kids!) just keep an eye on her to make sure she doesn't jump on anyone. If you tell Nova, "Nova, don't jump." she will stop. Nova also understands "Sit," but if she's distracted/excited you may need to tell her a few times. If you have any questions, please reach out!
